Kevlar Motorcycle Jeans, Men's and women's

A Kevlar motorcycle jeans, is an excellent compromise between looks, durability and safety. These are equipment designed for the practice of motorcycle, CE approved and equipped with removable protections while having an urban look that goes well in any situation.

Such jeans can follow you to work or in your daily journeys without posing any concern of appearance or clutter as could a classic technical motorcycle pants.

We distinguish globally two types of motorcycle jeans: those who are Cordura and those who have Reinforcements Kevlar Jeans.

Kevlar is a registered trademark of DuPont, it is a synthetic material made of aramid fibers that offers high resistance to abrasion and tearing. It is usually integrated as reinforcements placed under the jeans, as is the case for the Ixon Defender motorcycle jeans.

As for the Cordura, it is a resistant material directly mixed with the cotton fibers composing the fabric of the jeans. Jeans that have them, like the Speed King (Blue Cordura Denim) for example, do not need reinforcements or additional underlayment.

The latter therefore tend to be a little lighter and more flexible, even if there are jeans of both types that include stretch fabrics, such as stretching parts or an outer fabric mixed with elastane.

For the adventurous, it should be noted that a Kevlar motorcycle jean alone is not necessarily the most suitable equipment for a great expedition with risk of bad weather, although coated denim versions such as Segura Bower or Costone offer everything likewise a significant protection.

Of course, we also offer women's motorcycle jeans, such as Blue Detroit Steel Jeans, & Black cruiser Denim which features a fit kevlar reinforcements and stretch fabric.

All in all, if you are looking for a relevant and economical equipment for your everyday journeys, this selection of kevlar motorcycle jeans is for you.
